Refund and Cancellation PolicyProvider-Initiated CancellationsIf Technically Speaking AAC cancels or reschedules a course, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible. Participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a future offering, when applicable.
Participant-Initiated CancellationsRefund eligibility for participant cancellations will be clearly stated in course registration materials. Refunds may be subject to administrative deadlines and processing requirements. No refunds will be issued after course completion.
Privacy and Security PolicyTechnically Speaking AAC respects participant privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. Information collected for course registration, completion tracking, and ASHA CE reporting may include name, mailing address, email address, ASHA ID (when provided), and course completion data.
Participant information is used solely for educational administration, course communication, and reporting to the ASHA CE Registry when consent is provided. Personal information is not sold or shared with third parties outside of required reporting obligations.
Data are stored securely using electronic systems with access limited to authorized personnel. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect data accuracy, confidentiality, and security.

Participants with concerns or complaints should submit them in writing via email to Technically Speaking AAC.
